Excerpt: Fresh off last week’s win over former No. 1 Montverde Academy, it appears AZ Compass Prep’s reign as the top-ranked boys basketball team in the nation won’t last long.

In their first game as the No. 1 team in the SBLive/Sports Illustrated Power 25, the Dragons were knocked off 61-48 by No. 22 Wasatch Academy (Utah). The top 25 matchup was played Thursday night at the Air Capital Hoopfest in Wichita, Kansas, as part of the AXE NIBC Series.
